THE OFFICIAL KZG JAILBREAK RULES

[align=left]WHAT IS JAILBREAK?
Jailbreak is a game mode with a team of Prisoners (T) and a team of Guards (CT).
The purpose for the Prisoners is to try and rebel and kill the Guard team whilst either playing map games or playing warden games.
The purpose for the Guards is to move the Terrorist team around the map playing map games and as this is done lowering the number of Prisoners.
Once there are 2 prisoners left, they may choose a Last Request.
All Last requests will be between 1 Prisoner and 1 Guard.

GENERAL RULES   
  • Player/s should use common sense at all times. (aka don't be a dumbass).
  • Staff Member/s word is final. - Continuously arguing with admins decisions despite multiple explanations will result in a kick. 
  • Be respectful to all other players as bullying and/or abuse is not tolerated on any of our servers. Please note that Admins will not be able to interact with abuse or bullying if they did not see it happen. In this case, please make a thread on the forum with valid evidence. 
  • Do not spam voice chat or game chat. This includes any voice changers, bad microphones or playing any music over your microphone - Will result in a temporary mute.
  • Do not advertise others servers or websites. Please ensure before joining you do not have any websites in your team tag and/or name as you may be asked for it to be taken off by admins. 
  • T’s and Ct’s should not intentionally delay the round, this includes LRs and getting stuck in cells and map games. - They will be teleported OR slayed at the admin’s discretion.
  • Do not exploit any maps, such as using Jetpack to go to locations which cannot be accessed without a Jetpack - Will result in a slay.

SPECIAL / FREE DAY RULES

Free Day Rules
  • F1: The first round of every map is a “Normal Free Day”. - Warmup round is NOT first round.
  • F2: Normal Freeday rules include: Knifing Distance KOS, Rebelling T’s KOS, and Primary or Secondary equipped KOS.
  • F3: Prisoner/s are allowed and encouraged to !lr. 
  • F4: The Warden is allowed to order T’s to drop their weapon(s). 
  • F5: Guards must actively hunt rebelling prisoners while rebelling prisoners must actively hunt Guards. 
Special Day Rules
  • S1: Default times for actively hunting is at 10:30 and no teaming at 10:00. (Unless specified by the warden). NOTE: The warden can specifically state no teaming for a special day.  
  • S2: Special days cannot be started if any prisoner has been intentionally killed by a Guard.
  • S3: Warden must specify Special day and rules before starting said special day. Additionally, the Warden MAY NOT change the “special day” if it has already been chosen. 
  • S4: Player/s cannot be in team sided area's for example CT only areas and T only areas as well as not using and/or camping medic.
  • S5: During special days, one-way walls are not to be used to gain an advantage over other players. (Other than hide n seek / Duck hunt).
  • S6: CLIMB is restricted for ANY Map on Hide N Seek and Zombie Special Days. - CT’s are free to shoot any T’s inside any climb course on these specific special days.

GUARD RULES (CT)


General CT Rules
  • CT1: To be a guard, you must be willing and able to warden and have a good understanding of the rules. Player/s who are deemed "Bad CT's"may be changed at admins discretion.
  • CT2: Guards must have a loud and audible microphone and their orders as a warden must be clear and delivered in English. If your mic is relatively inaudible, you may be swapped by an admin.
  • CT3: Guards must allow a minimum of four seconds for prisoners to comply with orders.
  • CT4: Guards may NOT re-enter gunroom under any circumstances and will be slain if found doing so.
  • CT5: The Warden is the ONLY player to call KOS on prisoners. Calling KOS based on player models is not allowed. 
  • CT6: Guards must actively help Warden at all times and they are not allowed to play map games unless it is a free day or an LR period. 
  • CT7: Guards may not bait any prisoner/s (Be within any reasonable distance of knifing range). 
  • CT8: The Warden may not use any form of trickery when transporting T's.
Dealing with Rebelling T’s (Vent and Armoury Camping)
  • CT9: All Guards are allowed to look at vents.
  • CT10: Only ONE guard may shoot and/or enter vents at a time once the T's that are following orders have been moved away from cells to a moderate distance. Camping in vents is not allowed (eg: blocking the pathway to vents or camping inside to wait for T’s to enter).
  • CT11: All Guards are allowed to look at armoury.
  • CT12: Only ONE guard may camp armoury at a time (standing right outside the confines of armoury) if there is a rebel.
  • CT13: If a new order is placed by the warden, then a prisoner who attempted to rebel/didnt follow a past order is no longer a rebel (unless stated KOS by the current warden.) - Note that wardens cannot call KOS based off player models.
Cell Related Rules
  • CT14: Guards must open cells by 12:00 or it is considered a free day. (unless overruled by an admin).
  • CT15: The warden can ONLY order hotcells. (Guards cannot order hotcells + T’s not in hotcells cannot be ordered by anyone). 
  • CT16: Guards must define Hot cells before killing someone for not having ass on bars. (eg: either shooting into the hot cells or naming players who are inside the hot cell).
  • CT17: Wardens must allow cell doors to be open for at least 5 seconds.
Miscellaneous CT Rules
  • CT18: Guards may not gun plant (This includes “Toy Guns”) - Unless required for a non-map game.
  • CT19: Guards may not show any favoritism to a prisoner to give them an in-game advantage.
  • CT20: Guards must have a valid reason for killing a prisoner and should state that reason upon killing the prisoner.
  • CT21: Wardens may not force Prisoners to snitch out their fellow Prisoner/s.
  • CT22: Wardens are required to give explanations for any map or non-map games.
  • CT23: Unnecessary nazism will result in a swap. (On admin's discretion).

PRISONER RULES (T)

  • T1: Prisoner/s must follow valid orders given by the warden. (Refusing will result in being KOS).
  • T2: Prisoner/s may not wound a guard unless they are baited. (Will result in being KOS).
  • T3: Prisoner/s entering gunroom will automatically become KOS. 
  • T4: Escaping Prisoner/s that have not inflicted damage towards a Guard can be forgiven by the Warden if they choose to.
  • T5: Prisoner/s are not required to snitch fellow Prisoner/s
  • T6: Prisoner/s may not use slain / intentionally baited weapons. (Results in a Slay).
  • T7: Prisoner/s may not give false orders in a serious manner. (Results in a mute).
  • T8: No detours and delays are implied with every order.
  • T9: T's may continue to rebel during LR period ONLY if they rebelled prior to the start of LR. (LR Period begins as soon as the first lr is commenced).

LAST REQUEST RULES


  • LR1: Prisoners must LR by the time determined from the warden. 
  • LR2: No healing unless allowed by the prisoner/s who commenced the LR approves.
  • LR3: Rules of LR must be stated prior to it beginning and must have a 5 second period before commencing the LR. Additionally, A demo is required if requested by a CT.
  • LR4: All LR’s (Custom or not) cannot intentionally be over two minutes. 
  • LR5: If it is considered a “dangerous LR” Prisoner/s must go first.
  • LR6: T's may continue to rebel during LR period ONLY if they rebelled prior to the start of LR. (LR Period begins as soon as the first lr is commenced). 
  • LR7: Players cannot slay to save points. (e.g. If you lose a LR you must be killed by the winning opponent).
  • LR8: Player/s that are not in a LR must not interfere with said LR.
  • LR9: If you choose a LR, you are required to make the LR fair for both players, i.e you cannot do a shot for shot or mag for mag with one step between the two players.
  • LR10: If you choose an LR you're required to complete the LR even if you don't get the better hand (i.e mag for mag and the CT gets the first mag).
  • LR11: Throw Mid-air is implied for a gun toss unless stated otherwise.
  • LR12: The handle of the deagle is measured as the official distance in the Gun Toss LR.
  • LR13: All last request rules must be said over microphone if the player has a microphone if not then the prisoner must notify the cts that it is in chat


Last request (!lr) options include:
Knife Fight - A fight to the death, with a knife.
Shot4Shot - The prisoner chooses a secondary and the pair take 1 shot each, the first shot is chosen randomly between the 2, the first person to die loses.
Gun Toss - The player who throws the secondary the furthest wins.
Hot Potato - One of the players is chosen at random to posses a Desert Eagle, you must try to chuck the pistol to the other LR participant, after 15 seconds whoever has the secondary will die.
Dodgeball - Both players have infinite flashbangs, you must try to hit the other player with your flashbang.
No Scope Battle - You can choose a primary (SSG, Scar-20, G3SG1, or an AWP), you are not able to use your scope, you must try to kill the other player.
Mag 4 Mag - A player is chosen at random to start with 7 bullets from a secondary, you must try to kill the other LR participant, if you do not do so, the other player will have 7 bullets to try and kill you, you keep switching bullets until someone has died.
Russian Roulette - Both players are moved next to each other, this is much like Shot 4 Shot except there is a random chance of the shot killing the other player. Players will switch between each other shooting until a player is killed.
Jumping Contest - The Guard is moved to the exact location of the Prisoner, after 3 seconds you will have a competition to see who can jump the most in the time frame given.

Common Phrases
Button Freeze - you are not allowed to use your movement or jump keys. (Knifing is a button unless stated otherwise).
Crouch Walk - Moving while holding your crouch key.
Shift Walk - Moving while holding your “Shift Walk” key. (Default is *SHIFT*).
Rush - Taking the most direct route, without detours or delays.
Unstack Shoulder to Shoulder - Do not stack and make sure you’re shoulder to shoulder. (minority join the majority is implied).

Important Commands
!ct - Opens up the warden menu which contains many useful features. (e.g. glow, special days, opening cells, beacons and many more).
!w - gives warden to another guard.
!rtv - Starts a vote to change the map.
!nominate - Nominates a map to be added the !rtv map change list.
@ in Team Chat - contacts any staff members on the servers. Example @ *message* in team chat
!store - Open the store menu to buy in game effects. (i.e Jetpack, Bhop, Skins).
!knife - Opens up a menu to change your knife type. (i.e Karambit, Shadow Daggers etc etc).
!credits - Shows the amount of credits you have in all chat.
!jackpot - Enters you in the current jackpot with your Store credits.
!cointoss - 1v1 Cointoss for Store credits. (50/50 chance).
!spr - Opens a menu in which you can challenge a player with credits for a scissors paper rock challenge.
!place - Shows your current game-me details. (i.e your game-me rank, game-me points).
!rank - Opens a menu that tells your game-me statistics.
!rules - Opens a “motd box” with the current rules.
!forums - Opens a “motd box” with the Killzone Gaming Forums.
!stopmusic - Mutes the in-map music.

GENERAL RULES

  • Do not spam weapons anywhere in the map. This means players should only spawn the weapons they need.
  • Do not intentionally delay the round, this includes LRs. If someone is found delaying unintentionally, they can be teleported at the admins discretion.
  • Be respectful to all other players, bullying and / or abuse is not tolerated on any of our servers.
  • Do not advertise others servers or websites.
  • Admins will not be able to interact with abuse or bullying if they did not see it happen. In this case, please make a thread on the forum with valid proof.
  • Player/s who are caught abusing ghost mode will be banned. This includes interacting or distracting alive players as well as affecting the map by blocking doors or moving objects.
  • Staff Member/s word is final.
  • Only use Admin Chat if necessary.
  • Solitary is considered a  normal cell on jb_clouds

SPECIAL / FREE DAY RULES

  • The first round of every map is a “Normal Free Day”.
  • Guards must actively hunt rebelling prisoners. E.g. No camping
  • Players are allowed to team during special days UNLESS the warden has specifically stated players cannot.
  • Players cannot hide in unreachable locations during any special days. This means all players must have a way to reach you. (E.g Prisoner only access areas, Jetpack glitch spots and out of map).
  • All players must actively hunt by a time determined by the original warden who started the day or Staff members.
  • Special days cannot be started if any prisoner has been intentionally killed by a Guard.
  • Special days can still occur even if orders have been given but cell doors still remain closed.
  • Warden must specify Special day and rules before starting said special day.
  • Warden may not change the “special day” if it has already been chosen.
  • Player/s may not use or camp medic AT ALL.
  • CLIMB is restricted for ANY Map on Zombie Special Days.

GUARD RULES (CT)


  • Use common sense at all times.
  • Guards may individually order prisoners with wardens permission. (the only exception to this rule is if the prisoner(s) are in a hotcell and you're telling them to put there ass on bars. pick up the gun, drop the gun. or anything along the lines of those situations.
  • Guards must be willing and able to warden.
  • Guards must open cells by 12:00 or it is considered a free day. (unless overruled by a Staff member).
  • Guards are encouraged to make use of the map games.
  • Cells auto opening at 12:00 is not considered a free day.
  • Guards must have a loud and audible microphone.
  • Guards orders must be clear and delivered in English.
  • Guards Must Allow Cell doors to be open for at least 5 seconds.
  • Guards must have a valid reason for killing a prisoner and should state that reason.
  • Guards may not call KOS based off of player models.
  • Guards must allow a minimum of four seconds to comply orders.
  • Guards are not allowed to give false orders.
  • Guards cannot order a prisoner to do something that will result in being KOS.
       E.g. Guards cannot order prisoners to attack their fellow CT Members.
  • Guards may not gun plant (This includes “Toy Guns”).
  • Guards must define Hot cells before killing someone for not having ass on bars.
  • Guards may not show any favoritism to prisoner.
  • Guards may not give any rebelling Prisoner/s a chance if another Prisoner was previously killed for doing the exact thing or something similar.
       E.g. There are Three Prisoners. One complied with the Warden's orders immediately. One Prisoner did not comply with said orders. 
        Then later on the third Prisoner didn’t  comply with said orders and the Second Prisoner was killed but not the third Rebelling Prisoner.
  • Guards may not bait any prisoner/s (Be within any reasonable distance of knifing range).
  • Guards may not talk over warden unless it is necessary.
       E.g. No causal banter.
  • Guards may not order prisoner/s to drop / use anything besides primary or secondary weapons.
  • Guards must actively help Warden at all times i.e do whatever the warden tells you to do.
       E.g Guards cannot play map games.
  • Guards may not force Prisoners to snitch out their fellow Prisoner/s.
  • Guards may NOT re-enter gunroom under any circumstances and will be slain if found doing so (use your ammo wisely).
  • Demo’s Are not required but explanations are.
  • Warden must explain rules clearly.
  • Guard Rules Also apply to the Warden himself / herself.
  • Guard's have the right to shoot T's found in gunroom?

Prisoner Rules (T)


  • Prisoner/s must follow valid orders given by the warden. (Refusing will result in being KOS).
  • Prisoner/s must follow orders individually given to them by guards, if they are in a “Hot Cell” (A cell with a vent or weapon).
  • Prisoner/s may not wound a guard unless they are baited. (Will result in being KOS).
  • Escaping Prisoner/s that have not inflicted damage towards a Guard can be forgiven by the Warden if they choose to.
  • Prisoner/s are not required to snitch fellow Prisoner/s.
  • Prisoner/s may not use slain / intentionally baited weapons. (Results in a Slay).
  • Prisoner/s may not give false orders. (Results in a mute).

General Rules:

  • PLAYERS who are caught abusing ghost mode will be banned. This includes interacting or distracting alive players as well as effecting the map by blocking doors or moving objects.

LAST REQUEST RULES



  •    No one is allowed to type kill themselves during LR. The losing player must be killed by the winning player *NEW
  •    Guntoss' must be thrown in the air unless stated otherwise. This includes no trickery  *NEW
