After countless crashes and freezes I finally managed to watch it all... Demo 1 (The demo for overpass was only 18 seconds long) 9:45 - Shoots at the guy going short through smoke (his head wasn't visible in the demo)? Everything he did was pretty standard and he really didn't seem to be walling or using any other cheats, or at least to the point where it was blatant and he would be banned for it. There were a few shots that people might have thought were suspicious when they were killed or while spectating him, but looking back at the demos nothing he did really stood out apart from the fact that he was on point with his shots and had good crosshair placement. Even when I was spectating him on overpass his aim, crosshair placement, and game sense were all on point, but in no way did it seem like he was cheating. The fact that he's using a three week old smurf might be questionable but apart from that I don't really think there's any solid evidence towards banning him.
