I've recently relocated so I have no idea how i've been banned. I've messaged Blizz about it and he said that he's checked my steam id and or previous names and there are no bans that match my ID. He thinks I could've been banned for duplicate account as an IP Issue, Thank you. I've apparently been banned for duplicate account, I've just found out and it seems like an IP Issue because as I've stated I've moved within 6 months recently i'd say. If I was banned for anything else I wouldn't be aware of it, as I haven't been on my account. I take full responsibility for anything that has apparently happened. I'd just like to be unbanned so I can come back to this game knowing that I can play on any server. As you can see on both the KZG records and steams, you used to go by panda or pxnda. https://steamid.uk/profile/76561197972162420 You were banned before this though, twice. Once in January on this account which has recently been VAC banned. And second on this account, the original ban. You can check out the accounts history here but to keep it somewhat short we find again: - Previous names - Previous URL's Combine that with all 3 accounts matching the same IP within a short time period, I'm going to say these 3 accounts are yours. With that said, your original ban was for a SMAC Autotrigger detection for Bunnyhopping. You may think this is scripting but it's not, SMAC AutoTrigger detects cheats that automatically press a key or actions. Bunnyhop detections, in particular, detect cheats that send +jump commands on the exact tick that you land, resulting in a perfect bunnyhop.
