I hadn't played cs in a while (3 months) so I thought I would jump on and play some AWP but then I got greeted with a perma-ban, apparently it is my VPN that caused this trouble. I looked into the logs and it appears I got banned in AU when im in NZ , I can prove that I am in NZ but i'm not gonna post it on here because it's personal information. I've never gotten any punishments prior to this ban, I really just wanna play again. If a higher staff member message me so I can send some proof that would be great.
