Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: Have literal no clue how I was banned for a cheating infraction, I went afk for around 1 minute to look at something in browser that I had posted to reddit, came back and was kicked. Thought I was kicked for inactivity so I said 'ok,' and went to play a game of Competitive. After I had a break on CS I went to do a couple of retakes to warmup but it was saying I was banned, so then I checked another server and it said I was banned on that too.

Could It a have been because of a Third-Party Google Music Desktop App or something I was using because I have literally no idea how I was banned? I have never cheated. I can't think of what I possibly would have had open that would have registered as a cheat? Had Brave Broswer, Google Play Music App, Discord open so I don't know if these caused any confusion or something? The bans seem to be on all Retake servers in Australia.
