Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I honestly don't understand why I was banned I had an old account kinda like my alt but I haven't been on it. (Forgot the password to it so yeah). I've played one game with my friend and left after it and I went back on it and found out I was banned. Thank you for looking at my case and I would really appreciate an explanation on what a duplicate account even mean thank you.
